Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your Caio account (developed by Digid Management and Information Systems Inc.) and its associated data at any time.
Steps to request account deletion
- Open the Caio app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Settings page.
- Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm.
- Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing digid@digid.com.tr from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Data that is deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- Your business profiles and their tasks, KPIs, strategies and assessments
- Your support/chat records and app usage data
- Your notification device identifiers (push tokens)
Data that is retained
- Invoice and payment records that we are legally required to keep are retained for up to 10 years in accordance with applicable law (e.g. the Turkish Tax Procedure Law) and deleted at the end of that period.
Once your deletion request is received, your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days. Data subject to legal retention obligations is deleted at the end of the periods stated above.
